Since I have a roommate, all of my utility costs will be shared with her. All of the following numbers will be divided by two for the monthly budget.
Gas & Electric: $102.50/2 = $51.25
Cell Phone: $91.39
Cable & Internet: $114.73/2 = $57.37
No home phone

I contacted WE Energies, and they responded with a range of $75.00-$130.00. I will take the average and assume a cost of $102.50.
Cell Phone
I chose an unlimited phone plan with an Apple iPhone 7. I will pay $105.86 today and $91.39 each month.
Cable & Internet
I chose standard cable service with a DVR box and internet with wifi access. My cost today will be $39.99 with a monthly cost of $114.73.
Home Phone
I am choosing not to have a home phone.
